kawa KR-s

Hi ,

Does any one know if the KAwasaki KR-1S 1994 was sold in the United States? I have one but the cdi isn´t working so i need a new one or used.

I don't think it was...emissions and EPA noise laws pretty much killed the 2 stroke street bike here...I've never seen one and couldn't find any reference to them that wasn't UK or German...

I tried to find a CDI for it on eBay UK, but no luck...if you have a part number for it you could see if it crosses to any models that were sold here, then you'd be in business....
