Well no kidding. But does the starter spin but not engage, does the starter not even attempt to turn, does it smoke, make funny noises, etc? The better the description you can give us, the more help we can give you. Just saying "it will not start my car" is very broad and is very hard to help diagnose without any other details.

The starter turns the engine but it does not turns fast enough to start the car and yes the stater smell burned ( Did anybody needed to change the starter when they modify the inside of the engine, if yes can anybody tell me what's a good after market stater)

A starter is a starter, I've NEVER heard of a starter burning out that quickly like what you're describing. Either A) You have an electrical problem somehwere that's either over/underpowering the starter causing it to permaturely wear out, or B) You have something wrong inside the engine causing the starter to work much harder to try and start the car, therefore burning it up.
Does the car run fine when started?

Rebuilt autoparts stores are no better than rebuilt autopart store alternators. They don't last long 75% of the time. You can keep trying until you get a good one, or just take two fists to the starfish and get a new one at the dealer. If you can find one from a parts car that's a good option too. The starter in my 2g survived everything I threw at it for 180k miles on a number of different setups. In fact, the only thing I've ever seen kill a stock starter is a stray rod poking through the block.
Actually, a dealership starter might not be too bad, the one for the EVO was only ~150 bucks.
