95 s-10 interior trim panel rattle?

Hey

I have a 1995 s10 2wd std cab short box..i recently installed subs and i have massive rattles in the drivers and passanger side rear trim panels and also in the very rear of the cab panel the one that runs the width of the truck. Does anyone have a solution to stop the rattles?
