2000 Sebring Limited Ignition

Hey guys,
so my buddy Erik has blown 3 fuses for his ignition in less than 12 hours. Unfortunately I'm not very good with electronics, but I'm assuming that the battery is somehow sending too much power during ignition. This is also not the first time this has happened to him. Apparently he's been blowing all kinds of fuses since he bought the car a couple years ago.
Any ideas or experiences that might be able to help him/I out?
