90 Cutlass Ciera electric motor running while engine off.

I noticed a noise that sounded like the alternator was going out today while driving with my windows down. When I arrived home the noise continued with the engine turned off. It isn't the 3.3L engine's cooling fan or heater fan. I had to disconnect the battery cable to stop it from running. The sound seems to come from around the firewall on the passenger side area. Could this possably be the fuel pump or oil pump? The car runs well.

I found the problem today. The power antenna's cable that moves the shaft had broken which caused the power antenna motor to run not realizing the shaft was down. Anyone know where I can buy a replacement power antenna?
