1994 3.8 Transport throwing alot of codes

Hello I have been reading through this forum and it is so cool.
I have a question: 1994 3.8 transport was stalling alot drive and idle,ran the codes - OMG said TPS,IAC,crank sensor,cam sensor,EST and about 5 others!Now how could they ALL be bad? This is what I did I cleared all the codes,ran it again,ran the codes again and came up with only TPS. There were 2 issues that got me running codes.First it was bogging,stalling at stop/idle/sometimes drive.Then it began not restarting after warm up,have to wait an hour or so before retrying.It has spark,fuel,etc. it spins with no clicks,no unusual sounds and i do hear the fuel pump on,it just doesnt start! after completely cooling she fires right up.Any ideas?

This is typical of dying crank position sensor. Test for spark and/or injector firing when hot and no start. Other symptoms you describe are relevant with TPS failure.
