1978 Malibu

I just installed 3.23 gears with Posi, in my Malibu, but when I try to burn some rubber, I still have the one wheel spinning... Any clues why I can't get both to turn at the same time??? Thanks

It could be the Posi unit is not set up tight enough. Jack one back wheel off the ground and put the tranny in neutral and park brake off. In this configuration you should not be able to turn the back wheel that's off the ground by hand even when you put some grunt into it.

Thanks Bud, I'll give that a try!!! I just also got someone else telling me that it would be impossible to get both of them to spin, even though there is a posi unit in there... Not sure if that's true though.. I'll try what you said, and I will get back to you!!! Thanks Again!!
