fuses

I have a 91 olds 88. The fuse that is for my horn,clock, seat belt and seat belt light is blowing when I put a new fuse in it just blows I am putting the right size in I have checked. The only new thing I have done is tune the car up. I put in a new throttle sensor also. So any ideas of why it just keeps blowing?
