If it took you 2 cans, you used too much.

yea I think so b/c on side fairings, paint is running
oh well....I might have to learn how to save paint again haha
it's been a while I have been modeling so I forgot the technique I learn haha
I'll post the WIP when the paint gets dried

If the paint is running, that's more than just a little too much

If you have an airbrush and you decant the paint from the aerosol and apply it with the airbrush it seems to go a lot further. But using 2 cans for a Moto GP model does seem a bit much.Try building up the paint in lighter coats so that it doesn't run.Ray is right if it's running you are applying too much paint to quickly.

I actually applied light coat and it ran one can quick
and 2nd coat was heavy but too heavy I guess
oh well....learning process I guess haha
and I'm too broke to buy me a airbrush set >.<

I can usually get 1.5-2 1/24 cars out of a can of Tamiya spray. So using 2 cans on a bike.....
