Having problems with both electrical and vibrations

Hello All,
I have an 84 GMC Sierra C1500 long bed with a 350 4 bolt main Vin H with 78k miles on it but the motor only has about 12k on it. And my problems are my battery wont seem to hold a charge and the battery is only about 4mths old though it could be bad I am just wondering if there could be something I have overlooked that could be draining it. Also I get some bad vibs in 1st and second gear but once I hit about 25mph it smoothes out I have checked the timeing as well as replaced the plugs and wires also the u-joints and the carrier bearing and for the electrical I have read all the wires that I could think of out and nothing seems to be wrong.
