common 98 accord problems?

I'm looking at buying a '98 Accord LX sedan, 4cyl. 5spd. It has 73,000miles. I was wondering what are some common problems found on this car, what kind of mpg I may expect, and any other info you would like to share would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not interested in doing any performance mods, just want a nice, dependable, economical car to save on gas and keep miles off my truck.

if you take care of car dont expect much problems the moment u start trying to race thats when u get problems and start spending money

I drive 99 LX VTEC; 77,700 miles; automatic.
Mileage before seafoaming: 20 city, 28 highway.
After seafoaming did not have chance to calculate the highway mpg but combined mileage is about 25.
DRIVER SEAT is a big problem!!! No matter what you do, no matter what handles or knobs you turn - driver seat is NOT adjustable. This is a big problem for me. I am not very tall but when entering the car I very often hit my head against the ceiling.
No other problems so far.
