HELP P034 MAP/MAF Too Low 1994 Trans Am

I have a 94 Trans Am w/ LT1. SES with a P034 trouble code (MAP/MAF Too Low). I have changed the MAF and the MAP twice with new units. No change. Code pops up immediately upon start up. Anything else I am missing here? ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
