Water/alchohol injection on a N/T

I was wondering if it would be safe to do the water/alchohol injection on none tubo 4g63.My brother and one of his friends want to build a racing engine and they are in talks about making it an alchy burner or just doing the injection.Feed back welcomed thanks.

alcohol injection is considered boost cooler. Its basically another way to keep your engine from knocking allowing you to run more timing and boost without knock. It will do almost nothing for a nt engine. just go with nitrous for that route.
