Hi Guys,
I'm trying to find some of the rubber type sheet that Hasegawa include in their rally car kits, the stuff that you make the mudflaps from.Does anyone know of an online store or anywhere that sells it separately preferably in different colours.
I've tried searching at both Mediamix and Hobbylink Japan but came up blank (not really sure what to type in the search box to be honest) If I can't get anything similar I'm thinking thin plastic sheet may be my best bet,but if I can get the proper stuff in the correct colour,it saves having to paint it.Any help most appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve.

I believe a car parts store would have what your looking for. I went to napa last year to get some gasket material. I had to cut it out for a blow off, and a maf sensor bung. They have a couple of varieties, and it looks really similar to the hasegawa mud flap material.

I've used in the past a dish washing glove to make mudflaps, they're rubber and is quite realistic.

Got any tar paper laying around? 25lb felt roofing stuff makes great mudflaps, comes in black only but might take paint. Looks great on tow trucks and haulers.
