96 Sebring 2.5l / humming noise while turning left

When driving down the road at pretty much any speed, the car makes a humming noise when it's steered any towards the left. It goes away if you steer towards the right, but it seems to get louder if you steer more towards the left than center.

What could this be? The wheel bearing was supposedly replaced, and it fixed nothing.

This is my girlfriends car and she doesn't know much about it. She's only got a sheet of paper from the mechanic and it says "removed and replaced the wheel hub & or bearing"

What could this be? I don't want one of her wheels falling off on the highway.
