Serpentine belt

I need to replace the serpentine belt on my 2004 sebring 2.7L V6. Are there any special tools needed? I need the procedure, I have the belt diagram, but need to know how to remove and install the belt. Doesnt look like it can be done from the top, is it done from under the car? Also how big a job is it, I have done them on other cars, but there was much more room. Thanks for any help.
