I have an '89 Geo Tracker hardtop. The rear door is a one piece door and opens from left to right. What is the largest size tire that I can mount on the spare tire bracket?
I am running "235-75-15" tires. This size tire is to heavy and large to mount on the spare tire bracket that is mounted on the rear door. What works for you???
Thanks, Sully2030

Try reversing it. Alternatively throw it in the basket on your roof rack. Reinforce your hood (bonnet) and mount it there, a la 1950's Land Rover. Fold up/remove the back seat and carry it inside. Trust to luck and leave it at home. Carry a smaller spare and drive carefully after a flat, a la the donuts most cars come with these days. Get another tire/wheel set and run them as dualies on the rear. Finally, convert the tracker to a hovercraft and get rid of all your tires. :)
Hope you have fun with some of these suggestions.
