Cloth Seats - everyone hates them how do you clean them

Hey guys submitting a question that hs a simple answer just looking for feedback got a car 05 sentra not much but i keep it clean exterior wise. as far as the interior is concerned i got a couple stains and some seats with larger stains. the seats i could just unzip the seat covers and go get new custom ones or go too nissan and get raped for manufacturer ones any ideas, projects now how to get the stains out? thanks
