They seem to be slow....Imagine the email you sent, as being a regular physical letter to them at a physical address. Then if and when they respond to your email, expect your items to be shipped in about the time it would take for an 1800's rum ship to deliver your goods. Slow..just sloooooooow:)

So I take it that I will get my parts from them at some point? So it is kinda safe to order from them is what you're saying? I did a google map search with there address and it just looks like a house.
Thanks for the info.

Yea. They are cool to order from. Just a little slow. Same happened to me with Perry's resin. Just keep emailing them if you are very concerned. It's never a bad thing for a customer to want his stuff they bought.

At this point in time I would not order from them people are having problems getting there items and money back. If you decided to go ahead anyways
use a credit card so you can make a claim if they don't deliver. i order from them it took close to a year just shy of a couple days. They have been reported to the BBB.:nono: Just added a couple links to problems people are having.:banghead:

AFX? Stay away. Very far away. They are legendary in their non-delivery. If you don't mind sending them money and never getting your parts, or at best waiting a year or longer for them, and getting a brick wall when it comes to communication with them, by all means go ahead. There are countless stories on the various boards about them.
Great products. Horrendous customer service. They do sometimes set up at model shows. That is absolutely the only way I have done business with them, or would do business with them. And then I feel bad that I bought something that a mail order customer paid for a year ago and never got.

Again thanks for the info and replys everyone. I myself have been making resin conversion kits and selling them on ebay. I missed the mad max kit on ebay a few days ago cause it got to high $86.00 I had even e-mailed the other bidder to try to work a deal with him cause all I wanted was to make a mold of the parts but he was being a jerk about it.I guess I will just have to do it the hard way a make it myself and start selling them.
