89 town car audio

i have an 89 town car with the factory jbl premium sound system. original head unit was cassette and it has the built in amplifier for rear deck and door speakers. i'm putting in an aftermarket cd head unit and am having trouble finding anyone with wiring diagrams for this car. the wire colors change from head to speakers and from input amp to output. i'd like to utilize any factory wiring i can but will run new wires if i have to. anyone know what goes to what in this thing?

Older wiring diagrams are hard to find unless someone has the time to convert hard copies and host them somewhere.... Maybe you'll be one of those rare persons after you get what you want...

Start by knowing the plugs, standard wire colors used by Ford back then:

Most folks rewire the whole system to make use of heavier wires anyway.
