i dont plan on selling these till i make enough of them for my own stash, now that i have a pressure pot i wont have to worry about bubbles or other problems associated with room temperature casting

How does the pressure pot work? I am trying to get some parts made up, but bubbles SUCK!
I'm looking forward to this progress if for no other reason to get some tips on casting.

Technically. Actually what it does is make the bubbles so small that they are no longer a factor

Probably a silly question, but are these made from resin or some sort of rubber?
Aoshima should shut down its regular production lines for a month and make nothing but stretchwalls :)

So are these a larger diameter than the Kai parts? What's the difference between the chiki chiki stretchwalls and the Kai stretchwalls?

no the tires are larger than the kai and the angle of the strech is greater the kais kinda look like slotcar tires exept tapered

well good news the other stuff worked its generally supposed to have a 20 minute demold time but it took 3 hours. after all the frustration i finally saw a ray of hope. this is only half the mold and it was a old mold hence cuts in the tire it was painted with a marker so thats where the coloring is off. the dips in the tire were from the damage to the mold,a pin mark, and the fact it wasnt pressurized.
the good its flexible realistic and paintable
the bad its not gonna fit on anything bigger than a 15 i tore this sample trying :(

for a second i though the mold was bad were come to find out the front left tire is warped unfurtunately this will cause a big problem because the tires are directional :banghead: this is a setback but meh i plan on stocking these for my own amusement unless someone wants them despite the inaccuracy.
