fuses blow when in reverse

95 t100 sr5 v6 standard--- My buddies truck- He keeps blowing the fuse for all of his gauges, but it only blows when he puts into reverse. I dont know what exactly would cause this. I thought the only thing hooked up to the reverse is the reverse lights. Anyone know what this is?
