Probably describe the squeak a bit more so we can give you some reasonable suggestions.

The best I can offer with so little to go off of is that ball joints are a known culprit of front suspension squeaks.

Front, back? It could be swaybar bushings, ball joints, the nylon spacers in the rear leafs...all of which I've heard people having trouble with. If you can get someone to bounce the vehicle as you listen it should be easier to pin point the location of the squeak. Works best on an alignment hoist where you can get underneath to have a better listen.

The factory ball joints are not greasable. However, for diagnosing the noise, you can poke a small hole in one of the ball joint boots, then insert the straw for a can of white lithium grease into the hole and give it a squirt of lube. Take the truck for a drive and see if the noise improved. If not, move to the next ball joint and do the same thing. Do them one at a time if you plan to just replace the offender. If you plan to do them all at once when you determine the cause, then go ahead and grease them all at once. Don't plan on the lithium grease being anything more than a temporary fix for diagnostics though. It won't last.
