99 taurus a/c throttle on

On a 99 taurus a/c system I have no a/c and no trouble codes. Ac cycling switch is off and ac clutch is off, But Wide Open Throttle is on. my simple question is where does the WOT get its command from? On gm vehicles if WOT is on there is no ac command...does ford work the same way?

Yes, Ford is the same way. I believe the WOT comes from the TPS.
