My voyager squeaks alot. The squeaking noise is coming from the tire section. Especially when driving slow, turning, or going through dips. Could it be my shocks? Maybe I need to lubricate something? Can anyone help?

Since you are thinking it's struts, I'll say it's not a rotating cyclic squeak like you would hear from something like brakes, wheels, or accessories driven by the surpentine drive belt correct?

Suspension noises can be very tough to islolate. It generally turns into a parts changing exersise. There are no lubrication points. Can you duplicate the squeak by bouncing the front end? Parts to suspect would be struts, strut mounts, tie rod knuckles, swaybar bushings, etc. If you're a DIYer, I would recommend Monroe Quick Struts if you want to change struts. The strut, spring, mount, and bushings come as a preassembled unit and you don't need a spring compressor to install them. Makes for a much easier job.

What model year do you have?
