License plate light bulb

Need to replace a bulb for the license plate light on 2004 Deville. Can anyone tell me the procedure to remove and replace bulb, Thanks

I'm not too familiar with the Devilles, but it might be accessible from inside the trunk lid. That's how my STS is.

Most Cadillacs are accessible from inside the trunk.
