60 Fury Bush button trans park problem

I have a 60 Fury with push button trans and no park lever. This is my new neighbors car and he has had it for 15 years. It has a 440 and automatic trans and I am hooking up that was left unhooked when engine swap was done. I am not a Mopar guy so this is all new to me. It has a unit on bottom of trans behind the pan what I think is the park unit. But it appears to have a speedo cable coming out of it. There is a speedo cable on the tail shaft housing and it is broken so I dont know if it works either. I have a shop manual here and it shows a parking brake drum on rear of trans like a heavy truck. This trans doese not have it. Does any one have any good photos of what this is supposed to look like and how it works?

The park cable goes to the back of the tranny. The selector wheel should be on the front. The speedo cable is back at the tail shaft.

I'd say a Factory Service Manual would be your best bet. Not the aftermarket manuals. Do an internet search, and you should find lots of them out there.

FSM's can be had on Disk. Handy, and on the older cars, an FSM is a must have.

Actually I have the factory service manual here but the trans is out of a newr car but we dont know what engine is 70 we think but they did not use push button in 70 did they?

Edit! Maybe. I did a little looking and found mention of the push button automatic in 1970. Don't know what the circumstances were surrounding it. There were differences going from the 1964 to 1965 Model years. There are conversion cables etc.. available to work with earlier and later transmissions.
