Cavalier series 1995 to ____?

Trying to figure out what range of service manuals I can use for a 1999 cavalier. It appears to start in 1995. Is the end in 2000 or 2001?

the haynes service manuel go from 1995-2004.and i thought the model ended at 2002 not 01?
