espace 2.1 td alize(heater problem)

Hi,
Heater is not working in my car.and it makes clicking noise.i have shown it to a mechanic.He said,nothing wrong with fuses and heater motor.I cant take my kids and family out because of heating problem.Please if you can help me out.Thanks

common problem mine onlywork on full on both cars.
