98 Grand Am ABS ????

right before the car comes to a stop the brakes will release the car will coast any where between 1-5 feet then the brakes will reapply all with my foot pressed firmly on the pedal..when it dose this you can hear the abs motor chuggin under the hood...BUT..the abs and the ETC work fine and there are no lights on what so ever...i have had the wheel sensors checked the are fine...this started shortly after i changed the power steering pump..please help before i rear end someone

Sounds like you need to get it into a shop asap!
Thats not safe stopping the way it does.
Could be several things, but you wont know untill its been scanned with the right scan tool. One that reads all ABS errors, specificly the GM tech II which can do many things no other scanner can do for your GM car.
