what do i have to do to drop a 3.8 supercharged moter into my grand prix 3.8 gt what will i have to change to make it run

Welcome to AF.
We answer this question a lot. This is not a bolt in swap. It will take a complete donor car, including engine wiring harness, trans, engine, axles, motor mounts, PCM, fuel pump, etc... It would be easier (and cheaper) to sell your GT and buy a GTP.
