Check eng light issues

I have a 2000 Taurus, check engine light came on, code P1413. Could not figure it out, took it to the dealer and they replaced a fuse, light went away... for about 200 miles. Light is back on. Im not even sure what fuse they replaced. Please help

Code P1413 indicates Secondary Air Injection System Monitor Circuit Low and is described in the factory service manual as "The secondary air injection system monitor circuit is low, indicating the electrical AIR pump is off although the electrical AIR pump was commanded on by the PCM." Typical causes of this code are:
Open B+ circuit
Open AIR circuit
Damaged PCM
Air circuit short to ground
Damaged AIR pump
Damaged solid state relay-Rod
