Bought a new turbo

Now I probably won't be installing this until next spring but because our dollar is doing so well and everything I decided to buy a turbo from the states.
I got this

its a pte SCM3231E: 480 HP 54 trim. Internally gated and ready to rock.
I got it for 305 ;) hope it works they said no shaft play and works fine so I guess we will see.
Extremepsi ask 900 without the elbow and the gate so it hopefully is a really good deal.

Holy fuck! Thats awesome dude! How would you feel about passing on your awesome deal to Thor by selling him your Evo III? I am actually kinda serious about this depending on what you want for it.

Thats a great deal. You even got a manifold with it. Even if the turbo has some shaft play you could have it rebuilt and it would be brand new and you would still only have like $600 in it.

well thor like I said I won't be able to install it till spring time. So right now the e3 is staying but I will keep you in mind when it comes.

Nice find man. Hopefully it works well for you. The guy I bought my 56 trim from said that he had to pay $100 extra for the actuator, because it didn't come with it. You get a free tubular manifold with it too, so that just makes it an even better deal. I wonder who else is thinking about switching to PTE.
