i was wondering how hard is it to put a teg ls motor in a non vtec civic hatch. im pretty sure it bolts up just fine. no mounts needed...but what about the wiring and such. is it difficult even tho its another nontvtec engine.

If a b series engine is a direct swap into a hatch with no motor mounts, then a b series would swap into any honda with no motor mounts. this is not true. unless your car came with a b series (integra, 99-00Si, del sol VTEC) you will need a motor mount kit. As far as the wiring goes, it depends on your ODB generation. different gens have different sensors and such, just check around for a complete wiring switchover diagram for your model.

yes its a bolt in swap. you might need to get a 90-93 driver side integra mount or a 99 si rear engine mount, i dont really know.
if the motor is an obd 1 motor, then it should be all plug and play
you will need a new shift linkage
and you need to use 94 95 integra axles
its not really that difficult, but i would recommend going and talking to somone who has done this swap or swapped a b16a into there 5th gen.
