not starting

Ok i have a buick park avenue ultra. It is supercharged. My car will not start, the day before this happened the car would not start for like five tries. I thought it might not be getting fuel so i checked the fuel intake to the fuel rail, i turned the key on and disconnected the line and one little spurt of fuel came out. The car turns over just fine it just wont start. When i turn the car on i can hear the pump sometimes ( like everyother time ) but when the line is undone it does not get steady flow. If you have any ideas please let me know.

What year is your car, it makes a big difference if it's OBD-I or OBD-II.
