91 suburban

I have a 1991 suburban and i am having a prob with my transmission, once i get to 3rd gear it does not catch and starts reving.?? if i get transmission fluid in it will that do it? and where is the transmission fluid filler???????:banghead:

Yes fluid is added thru the dipstick tube. Do not overfill.

It sounds like your 3/4 clutch pack is gone and the tranny needs to be overhauled (or sell it if you don't want to deal with that)
