The other thread about dehydrators made me quite interested in them, where can I find a suitable one for modelling in the UK?
Are any of these suitable?

they look to come with very shallow trays, I wonder if I can punch out hte buttom of a few layers of the trays to allow enough size fot 1/24 cars?
Which ones do you guys use?
Cheers.

I remember seeing a few that had removable trays which kept the original depth. I personally use the Gunze "Mr. Dry Booth". 1-60 minute and non stop settings, It will allow all 1/24 and small 1/12 cars. I've dried parts of a 1/6 bike in there too.
Thinking about getting a larger one for 1/12 cars though. length clearance is 14.5" where most 1/12 cars a near or over 15".
HTH,
Steve

Good question. I'm interested too. It seems to me that both the tools you showed are hard to use with a body shell: vertical modules are very thin and they've a cylinderin teh center....
I'm tuned, also for some home-made solutions (at least this tool isn't a heater+fan?)
My bro done a proto dehydrator wit solar cells but we haven't all this sun here in North Italy... LOL
