Honestly with a wagon gears and posi should be near the top of the list, not cheap but a set of 3.42s or 3.73 gears will help disguise the weight.
Have you done anything too it yet.
Some simple things like replacing the rectangular baffle after the MAF with some PVC pipe is a cheap but worthwhile gain.
The airfilter box can be modified a bit too.
The coolant that comes from the back of the heads up through the throttle body can be rerouted stright into the plastic tank bypassing the TB.
These little things won't gain a lot of power but are noticable.
Have too watch it though, easy to get carried away like I have.

A 94 wagon came with dual exhaust.
Right behind the drivers side headlight there is the airfilter box, attached to that is the round metal thing with an airflow arrow and some wiring going too it. That is the Mass Air Flow sensor(MAF), then there is a rectangular baffle, then a rubber elbow into the throttle body. There is some SLIM chance I could find a picture of a stock setup, been a long time since my car was stock though.
PeteA216, the cam specs remain secret at the request of the guys who sold it too me, a ballpark figure would be mid 22x intake duration and under .570 lift with 1.6 rockers. I know the lift sounds nuts but roller cams and beehive springs let us get away with a lot. Other cam guys are specing .600+ for street use, not a good idea but it is being done.
The head work is really what is allowing my car to make the power it does. People get carried away thinking about displacement when it is airflow that dictates power and the heads are the limiter to air flow. The most conservative estimates based on performance would have my engine making 80% more than a stock LT1, the shortblock is completely stock, never even looked at the bearings.
This sort of thing takes a lot of supporting modification though, transmission, exhaust etc. Not cheap and not something everyone would want. I wont claim it drives like stock but I will say I think I only drove my station wagon to work once in the last three weeks. No sense in having a toy if you never get to play with it right?
