99 Kia Sportage, AC, Windows, & Wipers quit

On my 99 Kia Sportage the Electric Windows, THe Front and Rear Wipers, and the AC Blower fan quit working, all at the same time. I've checked all the fuses and they are good. My daughter told me that this has happened before. She just cut the car off. turned all accessories off, and restarted the car. Everything worked again. Now that doesn't work. Is there a possible module, relay, or fusible link somewhere that control all these accesories?

Please help, I need to get the car inspected next week

You have a bad ground for those circuits. KIA is known for this problem
