was wondering if its true or not but i have heard slapping a set of 3800 Series 1 injectors into this car and the throttle body into it will gimmie an extra 20 HP anybody know if its true? was also told that putting this cam in it will beef it out even more and if i want to go all the way i can drop the heads on the 3300 and make anoter 30 hp
so basically after the throttle body, injectors, cam, and heads i can get an extra 70HP (or so was told) can anybody verify this before i go tearing my car apart? oh and is it true that cooler plugs will add about 2hp? and will roller rockers from a v8-350 chevy fit in here?

This is a duplicate thread, you already posted this..... though I see you didnt get a response.
Please refrain from doing this in the future.
Things from a 1st gen 3800 might fit/work.
Injectors might not as the 3.3 inj. hole isnt large enough for the 3.8 inj. to fit.
They are both 90 deg V6's, so in theory things should work with a little machine work.
Though I havn't done it myself, or even seen it done, it is do able.
I have a 95' 3.3 thats around 430hp, I used nothing from the 3.8.
It has been bored over a little so technicly its not a 3.3, closer to a 4L with a turbo... :D
So if you have time and money you can build any motor up.
If I hadnt been in Autoschool when I built it I could not have done it due to lack of funds.
I did spend around $1200 on internal parts,
forged pistons, hardend chromoly rings, performance bearings/crank/cam,
and about 1000 hrs of work.
Now it resides in my garage because I totalled the car.
In my performace upgrades I forgot one key feature,
that should never be over looked.
The brakes !! :disappoin
