hey, i recently picked this kit up, since i have been wanting to for a while now, and, if youve veiwed any of my other threads, im hardly a pro at model makin' , so, as bad as it may seen, this is my best paintjob yet, body is Tamiya pure White, the red stripe is a decal, and the silver one was supposed 2 be gloss alluminium i think, but I used Tamiya Bright Silver. and of course, the whole lot was covered in CLEAR!, this is al the progress at the moment, but ive only had the kit 2 days, this build wil be a slow one, since i have the SR20 skyline going aswell, and because i want to do a nice job :D... and YES, that is NAKAJIMA'S helmet on the rear coul in the second picture, i got it from a 1/20 kit of a lotus (forgotten which one, the yellow F1 Arton senna and nakajima drove, turbo, big wing, etc: cant remember the name of it)
critiscism and comments always welcome!http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l277/The_St_jimmy/toms002.jpg

I made the pipe between the two intercoolers out of "silver solder" after it was polished with tamiya finish polish, comes out looking like high buff alluminium.

Very cool, the engine bay really pops with a little detail.
