I start my car it keeps stalling. We had our drive belt replaced recently. Could that be the problem.

Moppie, get back in your cage :) :)

Which belt was it, the accessory belt, or the timing belt?

No that wouldn't be the problem. What year make and model is the car?

It's the drive belt r&r attached to the alternator. I am not a mechanic, when I let my foot of the gas the car stalls. I was told on another sight, if I sprayed the belt with water, it would dry and shrink because it is like leather. I did it and it is not stalling know. It is a 2000 Ford Taurus.
