Replacing fron Axle Seals

I own a 2002 Nissan Quest and both front axle seals have rotted away, allowing the axle grease to gradually leak out. I routinely replace the axle grease to keep the bearing lubricated. But how do I replace the seals. I am sure it invloves removing the tire and rotor. can anyone explain step by step on how i do this? I am semi mechanically incline and do most minor auto repair work myself. So, as long as this is not to complicated or special tools are needs, I think I can handle it, once I know how to do it.
