1996 Buick LeSabre Air Conditioner Problem

The AC has been leaking coolant for a while. We have had Napa put dye in the hose to see where the leak was, but we haven't gotten back in to have it fixed. We are constantly having to replace the coolant.

But this is the REAL problem: Last week it seems that the blower motor messed up. It was on high and it just stopped blowing. Upon further inspection we found that it WAS blowing cool air, but the flow was low and weak-no matter what setting the fan was on. The compressor was working the whole time. We have tried replacing fuses, but I did not find a fuse for the "blower motor" or anything related. I did read in the manual where there was a second fuse block containing a fuse for the "AC Programmer". I am thinking, based on my reading, that the fuse block is located inside the car in the floorboard of the passenger side. Is this correct? My husband is intending to get in there to find out. I am wondering if this is a wild goose chase, or will we find the fuse that corresponds with the "AC Programmer". If we do find that fuse, will replacing it fix the problem, OR...... I have seen other sources direct consumers to replace the Blower Motor Resistor. This was for other vehicles, such as a 1998 Buick Lesabre. Is this the same remedy for the 1996, and is this the only remedy-in other words, is there not a fuse to replace, but just this Resistor component? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
