anyone know??

i'm located in Norfolk, Va, does anyone know wherepeople meet up?? haven't found any place only people telling me their stories of last nights race. i'm thing of starting a club but not really sure as to how. going to call it HONDA HB CLUB OF TIDEWATER. any ideas as to how to get this started, or if it's worth it?? need feedback.
