Door Lock Problems

I am having a problem with my door locks. The keyless entery works fine, but the keypads on the doors do not. I checked the fuses and relays on the drivers side dash, everything checked out. Any one have any other ideas for things to check? Seems to me it has to be a relay that is bad, but I switched the relays around and the same result(they are all the same). Any help would be appreciated.
