99 CR-V is my mufler on backwards?

My wife was having her tires rotated when the tech noted that the arrow on the mufler is pointing toward the engine. He thinks the arrow indicates air flow direction and that it should point to the tail pipe. I looked and saw the letters "FR" and an arrow pointing toward the FR ( FR <-- ). I don't know if that means "FRONT", or something else. It is a Honda mufler. Can someone look at theirs and tell me if mines backwards or not? Thanks.
