Help: Engine not catching in extreme heat

Ok, I'm having problems with the B16A cranking fine but not catching in extreme heat during the day. Temps have been hitting 38deg C (86 F) and I have to walk away from the car a few times until it catches. In the mornings/evenings it's fine.

Buggered if I can work it out... anyone else got any solutions? It's not even mid-summer here yet

Cheers

if i remember correctly most people say its the main fuse relay or main fuse or main fuse box. or whatever, when you have a hard time starting it in the hot weather
