Hello
I recently finished my Tamiya F1-2000, and I'm really happy with the result. Except that the rear engine cowl does not fit properly. I ran into this problem the first time I did this kit. This time, I test fitted almost everytime i glued a peice on and it still happened. Has this happened to anybody else? Does anybody know if theres a way to fix it? Any help would be great.

That's very odd given it was perfect up to the last stage for you. Honestly I don't know how to fix it as I've not built the kit - I've also seen others with the same issue unfortunately. I hope you can still fix it at this late stage!

If it was fitting fine during test fits then I rather imagine that the problem is caused by the extra thickeness that your primer(?) and paint have added.
It is usually a good idea when prepping a body to sand down an extra fraction of a millimeter where you will have critical fits - especially if you are spraying from cans which tend to lay thicker coats IMO
If it's not that, then I doubt it was fitting properly when you test fitted it ;)
