R34 headlight conversion

whats up people. im new to the maxima scene and i figured that id come to the experts when it comes to the max"you guys". well the question is would it be a really big project to have R34 headlights put on my 95 gle? i figured i could get the headlights for around $750 and was wondering how much a body should would charge to install them. if you all have done this before or know some1 who has can you let me know around how much it would cost to do this mod. thanx
